Issues with Shipping E-mail

Hi Guys!

So it's been brought to my attention some (maybe all) of you did NOT receive a shipping confirmation e-mail- as of now, all but 18 people's frogs have been taken to the post office! That means most of you should have received a tracking e-mail.

Backerkit is supposed to send out your tracking info as soon as I hit "mark as shipped" but I'm seeing on some people's accounts that this final e-mail was never sent. I'm trying to see what I can do about this both right now and in the future, but I wanted to hear from y'all and see if this is something that affected literally everyone- did you receive an e-mail with a tracking number??

Thank you guys for your patience and understanding, and if you've been like "what the heck is going on" I want to apologize profusely because that's so incredibly frustrating!!! I had no idea- Backerkit is great for a lot of reasons, and broken in a lot of ways too. 

Anyway, the last packages will be packed up today and sent in the morning, so I'll be trying to make sure AT LEAST that anyone still waiting on a package receives their tracking one way or another! AIUSDHASD

oh god I think I just pushed tracking e-mails to literally all of you, including those who received their items already. Sorry if this means you got two, and if literally no one ever got one then wow way to go Backerkit

Just got back from USPS!

• Exactly half of the rewards have been shipped out! Woohoo!
• The batch I dropped this morning was a big batch of International- to these backers, please keep an eye on your tracking especially once it arrives in your country!
• I'll be dropping one more round at the post office tomorrow morning, but then I'll be out of office until August 6th for family reasons! After that I'll resume as I have been!

I appreciate your patience on this- it's been a bit slower than I'd want because the postal services in Santa Monica are horrendously understaffed, and there seems to be little effort to alleviate the issue. I'm taking 20-30 packages to my local, tiny station at a time and although they're super nice, they're servicing a lot of zip codes having the same issues as me so I don't want to overwhelm them!

Thank you guys for all the frog love and remember to share photos because I love seeing frog at home and in action 🤩

QUICK EDIT TO REFLECT THE ORDER OF SHIPPING!

Just letting y'all know that today we are starting to ship the bags! It's gonna be a little slow and I'm chronically struggling with USPS pickups in my area (as most of the country seems to be) so just keep in mind I'm going in batches by package contents and then in numerical order of pledge numbers!

I also wanted to let you guys know that I'm prepping to launch a new project on August 2 and to give you guys a heads up so you can be prepared on launch for that! It's long bear! You can check him out by clicking below!

Frog Purses Suddenly Arrived!

THEY'RE HERE!

You may have seen photos or video on social media, but yesterday some of the frog boxes arrived, and (almost) all of the rest arrived today! I'm technically missing 2 boxes but we'll see where those are later- for now I'd like to start shipping these ASAP!

This is your LAST CHANCE to update your shipping addresses via Backerkit- use the survey link you were sent before to make any changes, we'll start shipping these on MONDAY! This goes for pins as well!

Thank you guys for all your support, I'm extremely excite to get frog to you guys and can't wait to see y'alls fits with him :D

Frogs Dispatched!

This is a small update, but I wanted to share this photo with you guys of the frogs being picked up by the local dispatcher from the factory!

That is all :D Remember pre-orders end July 6 and you should be able to change your address still if you need to- I expect these to start going out mid-August!

And a note on pin-only orders- between me and my spouse getting covid, these have been delayed getting out so NO you did not miss a tracking number! I'll update with 24 hour notice before I do start shipping so y'all can double check your addresses :)
